License Agreement

This is the agreement between Dexterity Technologies Limited and the users who downloaded the software in this website. USER MUST AGREE THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE HE/SHE CAN DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE.

RIGHT OF USERS

1. User is allowed to download the copies of the software to any number of computers and he/she is allowed to install the software in one or more than one computers. User is allowed to use the software in one or more than one computers simultaneously.
2. User is allowed to distribute the software in a whole package only via Networks and other public channels. However, user is NOT allowed to distribute the software partially or separately via any channel.
3. User is NOT allowed to modify any part of the software in any form, including, but not limited to, the binary code, source file, and any included resources file in the package.
4. User is NOT allowed to lend, sale, re-sale the software or apply the software in any form of business in order to gain profit of any form.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Dexterity Technologies warrants that (a) the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 120 days from the date of receipt or download, and (b) any Support Services provided by Dexterity Technologies shall be substantially as described in applicable written materials provided to you by Dexterity Technologies

NO OTHER WARRENTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dexterity Technologies and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, with regard to the software product, and the provision of or failure to provide support services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dexterity Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if Dexterity Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Dexterity Technologies’ entire liability under any provision of this License Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software product.
